Firstly I have instructed Bex to write on this blog "How to comment on a blog" , because I haven't worked out how to explain it to my fellow bloggers!! :-) I think you were quite right Jane with your 'answers creating more questions', We have had lots of information on the actual operation itself, I'll need a hysterectomy (no more babies then , hubby obviously upset with that one) and they are going to take the 'fatty tissue' surrounding the bowel ( I'll look up the correct terminology later !) So I get lipo suction for free !!! They are also taking lymph nodes out to check them out, probably one day in I.C.U, (that's standard procedure possibly two nights), am booked in for 7 days but if I'm good I may only have to stay 5 days in hospital. I'll need an injection every day for 28 days to prevent blood clotting etc- Hubby looking forward to administering them! I won't have any definite results on any tests done until 2 weeks after surgery, and recovery is 4-6 weeks,(3 in Jill's book) as hubby says when they say I can walk a mile a day, I'll probably walk 2 miles !!
Had a most enjoyable game of tennis after work today in sunshine :), and did manage a few games of badminton tonight, so once again 'time flies when you're having fun'!
Thanks again to my merry band of followers and friends :)

So, you now know (and so do we, thank you, as my brain has been in overdrive wondering what you had to face)what they are going to do to you, then it's waiting for the results and everyone who so appreciates a sprinkling of Jill Luce in their lives will be hoping and wishing for an 'all clear' and/or 'we got it all'. If Steve needs a hand with the injections just give me a call, I'll gladly come and stab you,(and I mean that in the nicest possible way!)and when you go for walkies, give me a shout if you want company. Big hug.xxxx
