Monday 12th November
A wet walk at White rock this morning, no-where near long
enough for Jessie’s liking but I was supposed to be in hospital for a blood
test at 9.30am.
All is fine for the Chemo tomorrow, my bloods being as good
as they have ever been (unsurprisingly).
Raced around town in the rain shopping before going to Waitrose
and stocking up on food, by which time it was 12.30. Just enough time to throw
food in cupboards, walk the dog in the meadow and eat lunch before driving to
les Ormes for a game of tennis.
I got back home just before 5pm, meeting my daughter on the
road struggling with small black and white dog who was certainly not behaving
herself on the lead- (the dog not my daughter)
Jolly thankful that AH had made an enormous quantity of Spaghetti
bolognaise and cake for the family’s supper as we were all hungry by 6pm. I
needed to eat early as off to badminton at 6.30pm- it was doubles night and
managed to play two matches but feeling a tad tired (took me ages to adapt to
badminton from tennis!) So came home
early!

face in an opposite direction from the way the arranger desires.”
