Sunday 4th November
We all survived ‘Bonfire Night’ cat and dog included, half
of the family have been involved with the St Martin’s bonfire so it was the ‘clear
up’ operation this morning. Jessie and I avoided it by taking ourselves off to
St Catherine’s breakwater for a bit of dolphin watching.
Good keep fit session this morning, except only half the
instructors were there, one has been trying to get back from the UK since
Friday, but the sailings have been postponed.
(Not much fun on the boat today either).
Had the tennis AGM at Grainville over lunchtime, such a
friendly club, anyone wanting to dust off your racquet and play- give me a
call! (They are starting classes for 3yrolds too!)
Before I had hardly finished lunch, it was off to take the
dog again; the afternoons are so short now.
I’m getting excited about going to Winchester next week; it’s
been a long time since I went on a ‘happy’ trip. Hope there is no fog/snow to
delay our journey…

I liked the joke too. Jayne is now back and laughed at your comment about the class being good without her!
Take care
