Thursday 14th June
Managed a Pilates class this morning, (to the best of my
ability)!
I was doing so well with all my tradesmen this week,
plumber, electrician and blind man, might have known it would all go ‘pear
shaped’! Apparently the floor fitter wanted to fit the bathroom floor BEFORE
all the units were down……. So one step forward two steps back!!
Picked up brother and nephew from the airport successfully,
so good to have more family here- running errands and attending to my every beck and call (chance
would be a fine thing!) LOL
As the rain never materialized this evening TN and I went to
the village green and played 2 games of pentanque- I thought I’d start of the
week by beating him in an easy contest before tackling the more serious
sports!!!

ReplyDeleteOk!! xx
DeleteBis sisters are not the crabass (sp?,pfffft, meant as spelt...LOL!!) on the lawn of life, they are the fertiliser under the soil that helps grow younger siblings. They are also the sunshine, the rain and the shade. Giving all that is needed, when needed. They may though, shove a little ray of sunshine in their direction when they think it is required, like a ray between the thunder clouds. This can be said about younger siblings helping their older sisters and brothers also....most definately, and more often than we think or realise or appreciate. This favour is returned manyfold. (not sure if that's a word, but it says it.)
ReplyDeleteRight, I'll shut up now.
Make up as many words as you like Jane !! xx
