Thursday's Celebration

Apologies for being a little boring today but this post is just to confirm some details:

The service of celebration will take place at St Martins Methodist Chapel this Thursday 27th at 2:30pm.

As was mums wish, we ask that you all wear bright colours.  I've got a nice orange shirt to go with my suit that i'll be wearing.

We expect there to be quite a few people in attendance, so please make sure you arrive in plenty of time.

As well as the Chapel, we've arranged for seating in the adjacent hall with a video / audio link.

We've secured additional parking in the field next to Chapel, but there will be someone directing traffic so you know where to go.

The wake will follow at the RJA&HS from roughly 3:45pm onwards.

  6. Just the most wonderful celebration for a simply unique lady - if the love for her and your family in that chapel today could be bottled, the world would be so much better. Please Tom, post your address as it deserves to be seen - bravo for all your courage and delivery of a warming insight for us all. God bless the Luce and Newman families.

  8. What a wonderful celebration today's ceremony and wake were. Thank you to Steve and family for hosting so many of us. Jill really touched some many of us in positive ways.

Some really lovely words and entertaining stories were told by Jill's brothers and Tom. Thank you for sharing your personal memories. The photos and photo books at the wake were a lovely touch too.

Jill really was a super lady whom will be remembered so fondly by so many.

    Love to you all X
