P.s Jane re Thursday's 'sport' I did manage a visit to the Merton and Zumba in the evening, however no time yesterday :-( ...... but don't worry off to racquetball shortly, and if it stops raining, tennis..... ;-) xHave a confession to make to hubby, this morning his alarm went off at 6.30am, we had a discussion as to it being still dark, I said it was the fog!! Anyway, he got up and I drifted back to sleep, he returned and just said, Don't worry the clocks an hour fast! When I did get up at 6.45, realisation dawned on me , I dusted the bedroom last night ( in between the tea and shower!!) and inadvertently pressed a few buttons on the radio clock, obviously I now know not only did I move it an hour ahead I set the alarm as well!!!! Sorry .........

Friday 2nd March( was yesterday, whoops)
The day just ran away with me yesterday.....work in the morning, lent lunch at St Martin, then back to work as I wanted to 'back a display board' in the entrance hall at school, and don't have enough hours in my normal working day! The hour that I thought it would take actually took nearly 3!!! Anyway, by the time I nipped in the shop on the way home to buy more milk for the milk monster who drinks 2 litres a day on average (not that I mind keeping Jersey dairy farmers in business ;-) Quickly slung tea together for 2 offspring, I just had time to get myself ready for an absolutely great evening with good friends, fabulous food and fine wines ;-)

DeleteI have just spent a most enjoyable hour sitting in the sun and it was gloriously warm. Do I feel any guilt whatsoever that Jill is out there probably having already played raquetball, played petanque, had a 2 hour session of tennis, had a swim and nipped up Everest? Er,no. Outdoorsy today in the sunshine, most likely indoorsy tomorrow whilst it rains. Loving this weather! Jill, I was thinking yesterday what one word I could say to you that would bring back memories of the most raucous laughter session we have ever had. You know it. EGGS.xxxxx
