Monday 5th March
Judging by the comments we are all learning lots !! It's nice to go to 'town' once in a while Jan, he had a good write up. Obviously us Luce's have 'issues' with clocks.......still managed to get up this morning at 5.45 thinking I'd overslept and it was 6.45 !!! Bleary eyed I staggered into the bathroom to be met with a small very frightened vole in my bath tub!!!!! We stared at each other for a few seconds, whereon I went back into the bedroom to tell hubby "there is a vole in my bath" to be met by "well, you're lucky" ! Not exactly the response I was looking for ! Apparently he had seen a vole very similar fly across the picture rail at 10.30pm last night, and some how Mr Vole had ended up in my bath, at least I think it was the same one unless of course there is a family of them..... Needless to say I decided my shower would wait till after Zumba, and hubby taught Mr Vole how to 'bungy jump' without a rope (no animal cruelty in this house) ;-/ Had a lovely sunny/windy walk with Paulette to my favourite part of the Island St Catherine's, In which we put the world to rights, followed by a mad dash to Zumba class ;-) ( I did the ironing at 7.30am Jane!) More milk, bread, food shopping on way home, and then into town for an early afternoon tea at the Grand (there's posh) with Faye and I don't know why I'm mentioning her because she says she has no time to read my blog and can't be bothered anyway !!! Much eating and chatting later I arrive home to find tea half cooked by the two KP's (hubby, son no 2), fortunate as it was as just had to time to stir a few pans and then get changed for netball..... yes we won and I worked VERY hard in defence especially as my opposition was about 14 !! Finished the day with quick catch up with Sue W, who like Sue Le C DOES read my blog ( Faye, take note :-D) and arrived home at 10pm , phew, Jane's probably been asleep 3 hours already :) LOL...

Aha, Lucey woman, I was up till 10.15 last night. Late for me eh? I'd been very bouncy all day, sort of on a high. Think it was getting back to the gym after a few days absence that did it. I love the gym, just kick starts the day so well, then I'm like a wound up toy, ready for action. (a bit like someone else I know who writes a blog) Great you won at netball, and you know I am SO happy you managed to get your ironing done. You do know that the little vole will find its way back into your house don't you (can you hear the Jaws music?).It'll come and getcha, or more likely Steve as he is the culprit who gave the poor little thing its first flying lesson. Have a brill day.xxxx

Went to see Lorraine & RH after school with jean which was lovely till our head of department turned up un-announced!!-no suprise there. Looking forward to seeing you later, if but brief !! xxxx
