Friday 9th March

Such diverse lives people lead, loving those comments guys! Found myself cleaning the hot plates of the aga  at7.15am, (after pancake making) well, they needed doing and the aga is at it's coolest then. Good morning at work (well, my colleagues wouldn't say that they think I do nothing all day!) Luckily they can't comment on blog so no retaliation there!! Lent lunch soup delicious as always, has it really been 3 lunches already? Whizzed into town to do few bits of shopping and get some food for daughters ' social gathering' tonight, and then hoovered out car, as pretty sure that's one job I wont be able to do for next few weeks. Had lovely supper at golf club with hubby and sis-in-law, and arrived home to find laughing, loud music and dancing echoing from the kitchen, so thought it safer to stay well away and in the sanctuary of my bedroom !!
p.s I didn't say I WATCHED the football, just that it was on !!!! ........ but we females can multi task;-))

  1. Sounds like you and Steve and Becky had a good evening. Great stuff! When do you go to London Jill and what ward will you be on after your time in ICU? I agree, us females are wonderful at multi tasking, but I think Jill, you would win an Oscar for your multitasking skills, especially when wrapped around all your sport!xxxx

  5. Just back from office swim marathon lunch at boat house. Andrew's team did 60 laps so worked for their lunch. Food was lovely - last night we were at The Atlantic for a 50th birthday par - food was good there too. Tomorrow we are out for lunch, not really what I need when the surgeon banned me from the gym for four weeks! Expanding in st. Ouen should be my blog name! Hope the party did not keep you awake too late! Xxx

  6. If I was exhausted before reading your blog, I'm now completely wiped out! Working last week, picked up Lily and Sophie Friday at 4 to stay overnight and take to Daniel's party today. Great day with all the children. Dropped girls off at home at 5 today and are now in recovery at home!! xx
