Tuesday 4th September
I really thought it was going to be a warm sunny day today,
but then the clouds rolled in, so once again, no sea swim. The tide is the ‘wrong’ way round- low at
lunchtime although the sea temperature is 18.1 degrees I do like to see the sun
when I’m swimming!!
I found myself very sleepy this afternoon so went with the
flow and felt better for it. There are enough jobs in the house/garden /dog to
keep me busy all day. Late this afternoon I went for a short bike ride to visit
two neighbours, I love my bike!!
We took Jessie on the beach at low water just to ‘introduce’
her to the sea; needless to say she took it all in her stride.
I could not resist the last netball training of the season-
it was such a good feeling to be back on court and playing again. I missed the hard-core
first 30minutes, but did about an hour, and felt much better for it!
