Such a lovely sunny day, and so lucky to spend most of it outside enjoying it! Hubby was up and gone before 6.30am on a 'Poster Mission' ensuring that I had fully woken up before he left- so kind!
IT girl went off to do her business presentation at College- (full of fear and trembling), not really, just a little apprehensive. She was the first one up, her choice apparently, and it went very well, so relaxed now until the next crisis.
Fireman Sam went off to work, and seemed to spend a lot it driving around in his spanky red Fire Engine, well, I suppose you've got to practice as when he gets the emergency he'll need to have his wits about him.
Told the family we are on an economy drive and they had to use the 'older' loaf of bread and crust before starting the new loaf, and as everybody knows old bread makes better toast. I know my mother told me that and I am sure she would have never fibbed.....
Played tennis this afternoon with CB,FP, and AdF, had three sets and some long rallies, and a few good laughs on the way!
This evening all of us went in different directions, most notably Hubby went to the Public Hall to support his B campaign, all high powered and Very Important (that's with a capital V and I) and I went to the supermarket and got very excited when I realised that as I now have 3G on my phone I could 'Google' the recipe and therefore look up the ingredients I needed as opposed to only buying what stuff I could remember in my goldfish brain!!!
Little things.......
