Thursday 19th July
Had visit from two ladies from St Ouen today, one young and
one not-so-young, we went out for a stroll and managed to avoid rain showers!
That was the sum total of my activity today, I had my lunch
followed by the customary sleep, and took delivery of a superb quiche and
chocolate cake, both scrummy and devoured at tea time (thanks AH)!! Another
friend dropped off some blueberries, so I think that’s all areas covered
(thanks SS)!!
Pottered about in the
garden which involved mostly looking at jobs that needed doing and murdering
ants , found at least two nests of flying ants- well they weren’t flying at the
time, they were crawling around very fast trying to avoid the deadly powder!
Think I actually got some in my face, but to be honest the amount of chemo I’ve
had I don’t think it made any difference!
My daughter and I popped out to Les Ormes to see the ‘Parish
Netball Tournament’ for an hour this evening, lots of familiar faces, hugs and
chat.

which case penicillin’s probably a better
bet.” Bob Monkhouse
You're right MJ I don't think the wig does me any favours, It makes me look old, Oh, hang on that's because I AM OLD!!!
