Saturday 19th January
I’ve had a lovely day today; in fact I’ve decided that every
morning is a beautiful morning, even if it isn’t (if you know what I mean!).
We’ve been out and about walking and swimming (inside!) as
well as a visit to town and food shopping, and everywhere we’ve gone people
have come up to us and helped to celebrate my
good news.
Now I need to start the REAL work and aim to keep Cancer-
free for as long as possible, I’m beginning to feel a little fitter, (I am
trying to avoid catching one of the many viruses that are invading the Jersey
population). None more so than the immediate family, two of whom are coughing
almost continually, and going through multiple boxes of tissues!
I do hope the layout of my blog meets with everyone’s
approval? I just mentioned to the ‘expert’ of the house that I was having a
little difficulty with the settings and format and he very kindly revamped it
for me- I promise I’ll only change the backgrounds- to suit the mood!!

privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love."
