Had a letter today from the hospital regarding the CT scan, booked for the 15th January, so not long to wait.

Met up briefly with JR and FleS for a cup of tea at Ransoms this afternoon, and very pleasant it was too.

Stop living within the limitations of what people think and never look back.

About My Blog

It was suggested by a very good friend of mine that writing a daily blog would not only keep my friends and family informed of my general well being, but also give me an outlet and a focus on a day to day basis.

It has proved to be an invaluable tool, and while I am continually amazed that anyone should be remotely interested in my mundane comings and goings, I have benefited hugely from venting my thoughts and feelings online.

I try to keep the posts, upbeat, truthful (ok, so I do exaggerate sometimes!) and funny. As we have now reached over two years of blog writing, the day to day news update of my progress and recovery has been aided and abetted by the rest of my family. It puts an entirely different slant onto the 'news and views' of the day, so I hope you continue to follow and post comments accordingly!!
